The Craft

Aynsley and the other members of Crush were getting ready for the Rain's celebration that night. They were going to play a few songs before joining in on the celbration. The members of Crush consited of a Bass guitarist Randi, a lead guitarist Sam, A drummer Kari, and then Aynsley who sang. They had two bass players but Kimmie was human and she didn't normally come to these kinds of things. Crush ran through the songs they were gonna perform then headed back home to get dressed and what not.

Aynsley got back in her yellow porshe and drove home to get ready.

Aynsley got home and got in the shower. When she was done she wrapped up in a towel and went to her closet putting on her new outfit. After she got her clothes on she blow dryed and straightened(sp?) her hair, did her make up, downed a coke, and brushed her teeth. Just then her phone went off. "Hello? Yeah. Okay on my way now"she put it in her pocket and headed to the car. "Mom I'm leaving. See you later"she said. getting in her car she met Crush at Rain's house. Putting on some lip gloss she got and went to the door. She knocked and waited for a reply.

OOC: IS the party at their house?

"Hey Mister Stream."she said smiling. "We are all set up and ready to go, but we were wondering if you would let us run through the songs one more time real quick"she waited for a reply.

Crush stood spread behind her.

Crush walked in with Aynsley at the head. Flipping her hair she headed towards the backyard(?) where the party was.

Randi, Sam, and Kari started playing and a minute after Aynsley joined in.

she pretty much acts like this in when she performs.

Finishing the song she looked back her band and said "What song do you guys feel we need to practice?"

Kari looked at her and said"Let's run through Candle. We haven't practiced it much and it's one of my favorites"

Aynsley smiled and said "Alright sounds good to me."
They ran through a few other songs they were going to play and then said "Alright I think we got it" Aynsley looked at them with a smile and ran her fingers through her hair. The band sat down. Aynsley sat on Randi's lap and twirled her hair around. Aynsley and Randi were on and off alot. Randi normally broke up with her because she was flirting with somebody else but one of them always came back to the other. promising to change their ways. It never happened.

Aynsley drank some Dr.Pepper and chewed some Five gum.

Aynsley took another sip from her drink and talked with the others. Everyone of them except Kari had recieved their power.

Aynsley saw Rain and smiled at him "Hey Rain what's going on?"

Kari and Sam lounged on the ground.

OOC: All of them are chicks except for Randi

"So Rain how does it feel?"Randi asked. Aynsley knew that tone and she flashed him a look and he kenw it all to well.

"Please escuse my Randi"she said rolling her eyes.

Aynsley leaned back abit and asked "What power did you get?"

"That's wicked cool" Sam said. She loved animals and anything to do with them. Her power was she could talk to animals.

Sam took a sip of her drink and Aynsley popped a loud bubble.

Randi put his arms around Aynsley as if saying 'this is mine hands off' ofcourse it didn't really matter what he said or did because Aynsley was going to do waht she wanted in the end.

At the moment Aynsley kind of liked the idea of being wanted so she let Randi have his fun. "So when is this party kicking off?"she asked

"We still have about ten minutes till the sun sets so I'm gonna run to the store real quick."she told him getting up. Of course Randi trailed her to the car and went with her to the 'store'.

Sam and Kari rolled their eyes and layed on the grass on each side of Rain but not close.

Sam looked at Rain "Have you tried your animal power yet?"she asked

"Darn"she said "I can talk to them and understand them but I can't harness their powers. I wish I could but I can't"

Kair was quiet because she didn't have her power yet.

With a sigh Sam looked at the darkening sky.

"You gonna go see uhm of are they coming to you?"Sam asked.

Sam stayed where she was ont he ground thinking.

Sam sat up and ran her fingers through her hair and fixed her shirt before getting on stage. One of Rain's cousins came over and talked to her about guitar. He said he could play bass and couldn't wait to hear her. Blushing abit Sam smiled and picked up the bass and put the strap on. Kari was sitting on the edge of the stage waiting for Aynsley to arrive.

Sam looked at Rain and then back at the ground.

Aynsley appeared and got on the stage with Randi a few feet behind her. He got up on stage and Aynsley looked at Mr.Stream for the okay.

The band wamred up for about a minute or two and then Kari, Sam, and Randi started playing. Aynsley started singing when it was her turn.

She looked at the crowd and said "This one's called Homecoming."
